At Advanced Mortgage Solutions we like to see everyone with an existing home loan to be on the best interest rate possible.

Lenders in New Zealand don't actively monitor their customers to make sure this is the case. This is where we can make an application for discounted interest rates on your behalf.

This information allows us to contact your lender and arrange a free review of your existing mortgage interest rates.

In most cases once we have received your enquiry we will have an answer for you within 24 hours.
