Advanced Mortgage Solutions believe it is essential for our clients to be able to use mortgage advisers who are completely competent in the advice that they give. With this in mind Advanced Mortgage Solutions has in place a formal procedure to deal with complaints or disputes arising from that advice.

If Advanced Mortgage Solutions receives a complaint, we will do everything in our power to resolve it promptly. This will reduce any unnecessary and inappropriate escalation of minor complaints. If an agreement to your complaint cannot be reached, you may refer your complaint to our External Dispute Resolution Scheme, by contacting:

The External Dispute Resolution Scheme is a statutory requirement for Advanced Mortgage Solutions to have, and is a free service established to provide you with an independent mechanism to resolve specific complaints. The decision made by Financial Services Complaints Limited however is final with little recourse to their decision.
